Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member to support syringe filling operations on a 23-month fixed-term contract. You will join a highly engaged operations team aligned with site objectives, working 12-hour shifts (days and nights) on a 4-on/4-off schedule in Waterford.

Key responsibilities include ensuring manufacturing quality and safety, operating production line equipment, and maintaining adherence to production schedules and OEE. Prior cGMP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Advantageous: sterilised product experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are manufactured with quality and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment on production lines to achieve required output.
• Maintain scheduled adherence to production and OEE.
• Complete SOPs and training as relevant.
• Adhere to aseptic practices and procedures.
• Follow dress requirements with respect to cGMP and PPE.

Essential Requirements

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment

It Would Be Advantageous To Have (not Essential)

• Previous steriles experience is desirable
• Competent in the operation, cleaning, maintenance of all manufacturing equipment
• MES/SCADA and SAP experience
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations
• Technical writing skills
• Good knowledge of cGMP
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understands site KPI’s
