Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a manufacturing team member to support syringe filling operations on a 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights) within a 23-month fixed-term contract.

You will work as part of a highly engaged operations team, adhere to cGMP guidelines, and help maintain production output and OEE while completing SOPs and training. Waterford site offers stable manufacturing career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Sterile manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Familiar with MES/SCADA and SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• To ensure our products are manufactured with quality and safety guidelines
• Operate equipment as part of the production lines to achieve the required level of output
• Maintain and support scheduled adherence to production and OEE
• Complete as relevant SOP’s and training
• Adherence to aseptic practices and procedures
• Adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rules

Essential Requirements

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment

It Would Be Advantageous To Have (not Essential)

• Previous steriles experience is desirable
• Competent in the operation, cleaning, maintenance of all manufacturing equipment
• MES/SCADA and SAP experience
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations
• Technical writing skills
• Good knowledge of cGMP
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understands site KPI’s
