You will oversee plant maintenance, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and continuous improvement efforts, working with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and customer demand.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or operations management is desirable.
• 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP systems, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to meet production schedules and output targets.
• Drive safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across lines.
• Lead maintenance, supply chain coordination, and inventory management.
• Implement Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional team performance.
