Qualifications
Strong knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
Degree (Level 7/8) in relevant Engineering discipline.
Proven track record in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end NPI process for new products.
Drive internal manufacturing projects using structured methodologies.
Introduce robust manufacturing processes with strong focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Work closely with customers throughout the design-to-manufacture lifecycle.
