Job summary

CREGG is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their client in Galway on a permanent basis. This pivotal role involves leading new product introductions, driving internal manufacturing projects using LEAN methodologies, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards. Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and have a strong track record in manufacturing. The position focuses on enhancing processes and collaborating closely with customers throughout the lifecycle of product design to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Degree (Level 7/8) in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Proven track record in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end NPI process for new products.
• Drive internal manufacturing projects using structured methodologies.
• Introduce robust manufacturing processes with strong focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Work closely with customers throughout the design-to-manufacture lifecycle.
