Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Ensure all team members deliver a 5-star service at all times.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policies as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
• Complete weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
