The Thérapie Clinic Galway is looking for a capable Manager to lead the Galway Clinic team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will coach staff, optimise operations, and maintain the highest standards of treatments and service.

• Management or Supervision Experience.
• Organisation and attention to detail skills.
• Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Ensure 5-star service to customers at all times.
• Ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
• Hold weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team.
• Complete weekly reports on ops and commercial targets.
• Handle employee relations including probation, discipline and grievances.
• Manage staff rostering and annual leave.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.

Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.

Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.

Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.

Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.

Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.

Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.

Ad Hoc duties as required.
