Thérapie Clinic in Carrigaline, Ireland, is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences across our soon-to-open Carrigaline Clinic.

You will implement high standards of treatments and customer service, manage staff rosters and reporting, and partner with leadership to shape the clinic's future while delivering top-tier care and growth opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
• Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
• Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
• Ad Hoc duties as required.
