Responsibilities

• Oversee operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Ensure 5-star service and consistent client experiences.
• Ensure adherence to all Procedures and Policies as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
• Prepare and review weekly operations and commercial targets reports.
• Handle employee relations including probation, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Manage staff rostering and Annual Leave; perform ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.

• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
