Job summary

The Thérapie Clinic Galway is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. You will role-model service excellence and oversee operational standards at the Galway clinic.

You will mentor the team, manage rosters and leave, and report on weekly performance against targets, while upholding Thérapie Clinic's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Management or supervision experience is essential.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail are required.
• Mentoring and developing staff is part of the role.
• Strong customer service experience is needed to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
• Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
• Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
• Ad Hoc duties as required.
