Dolmen Recruitment Partners Ltd. is recruiting a Manager – Alternative Fund Accounting to lead a growing Fund Accounting team and oversee a portfolio of sophisticated Alternative Investment clients.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure timely NAV delivery, and drive process improvements while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement within a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience within Alternative Fund Accounting.
• At least 3 years' experience managing people.
• Experience across Private Equity, Credit, Bank Debt, SPVs and Alternative Investment structures.
• Experience using Investran, Geneva or similar Fund Accounting platforms.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of fund documentation, performance calculations and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for improving processes.
• The ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Due to continued growth and significant new business wins, our client is seeking an experienced Manager – Alternative Fund Accounting to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of sophisticated Alternative Investment clients.

The Opportunity

As Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of Alternative Investment clients while leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver best-in-class client service.
