Job summary

Dolmen Recruitment Partners Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to lead the fund accounting function for complex Alternative Investment funds.

You will supervise NAV production, review calculations, and mentor junior staff while ensuring top-tier service to clients. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Alternative Fund Accounting, experience with NAV reviews, and strong relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience within Alternative Fund Accounting.
• Experience reviewing NAVs and fund accounting processes.
• Knowledge of Private Equity, Credit, Closed-End Funds or Alternative Investments.
• Experience reviewing management and performance fee calculations.
• Strong understanding of Trial Balance and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Previous mentoring, coaching or supervisory experience would be highly advantageous.
• ACCA qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity
