Job summary

doTERRA Global Limited in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of production lines and plant equipment. You will support uptime through reactive troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and monitoring of site utilities and building systems, with effective handover to the incoming shift.

The ideal candidate has experience with PLCs, BMS, CMMS, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and electrical distribution, plus strong fault-finding

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with fault finding in mechanical or electrical.
• Knowledge of PLCs and BMS controls; experience with HVAC and plant utilities.
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts and report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot faults.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Minimize downtime to support production targets.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance per plans.
• Handover and report shift-to-shift.
• Manage spare parts stock and maintenance documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Record maintenance activity accurately during shifts.
