Job summary

HERO Recruitment is supporting a leading manufacturing company in County Clare to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician for the evening shift. This hands-on role sits within the AU Fill-Pack Value Stream, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

You will identify and implement permanent fixes for recurring equipment downtime, diagnose electrical faults from 24V DC to 3-phase systems, and liaise with production teams on priorities while applying Lean tools to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or diploma with 2 years' maintenance experience in a highly automated industrial setting.
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatics, instrumentation, hydraulics, or vision systems.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, FDA QSR, or ISO regulatory standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What We're Looking For:
