Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Dublin. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the role combines maintenance supervision with hands-on technical responsibilities to support the onsite team.

You will oversee maintenance activities, liaise with Facilities and Centre Management, and supervise weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Ideal for an experienced carpenter, electrician or plumber seeking progression.

Qualifications

Key Requirements of Maintenance Supervisor:

• Qualified Carpenter, Electrician or Plumber.
• Availability for weekend work on a rotational basis, shared across the maintenance team. Weekend cover consists of 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday, with flexibility around the frequency of weekend shifts.
• Experience supervising maintenance in commercial/retail settings.
• Strong health & safety knowledge.
• Organised, proactive, and effective communicator.
