Job summary

Building Staff Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Contracts Manager to join their Dublin team.

The role focuses on managing client accounts, overseeing contracts from quotation to delivery, and organizing both planned and reactive maintenance across building services. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within construction or maintenance, be a qualified Electrician for commercial buildings, and be experienced with KPI/compliance reviews and Permit to Work systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in construction or maintenance.
• Fully qualified Electrician with experience in commercial buildings.
• Experience managing key client accounts, KPI and compliance reviews.
• Experience with Permit to Work systems.

An established M&E maintenance contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager for their Dublin team. The company works across Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare and Commercial sectors and has been operating for over 25 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and act as main point of contact
• Oversee contracts from quotation through to delivery and completion
• Organise preplanned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
• Coordinate procurement of materials, plant and equipment
• Ensure SLAs are met; attend client and monthly review meetings
• Ensure documentation complies with ISO9001:2015

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in construction or maintenance
• Fully qualified Electrician with experience in commercial buildings
• Experience managing key client accounts, including KPI and compliance reviews
• Experience with Permit to Work systems
• Good working knowledge of Mechanical and HVAC systems
• Strong IT skills, including CMMS
• Full, clean driving licence
