Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, facilities, and operational systems.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance personnel across mechanical, electrical, and technical functions.
• Plan, organize, and monitor work schedules to ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with management, operational teams, and external service providers to address maintenance requirements and support business operations.
• Assess workforce requirements and contribute to resource planning to meet operational needs.
• Monitor maintenance performance and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on departmental activities and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reliability, efficiency, and service quality.
• Assist in the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance supervision, facilities management, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and operational processes.
