Job summary

Ashley Hotel, located at 10 Coburg Street, Cork, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and refurbishment works at our premises. This is a full-time, permanent role with 39 hours per week.

The successful candidate will plan, supervise and deliver projects, coordinate contractors and teams, inspect works and manage materials, budgets and health & safety compliance, while liaising with management on costs and progress.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in building maintenance, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong practical skills in painting, drywall, tiling, electrics and carpentry.
• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Right to work in Ireland or eligible for Employment Permit.
