Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking a Maintenance & Project Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, engineering and capital projects across multiple sites within a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive asset reliability and operational excellence.

You will manage budgets, contractors and schedules while ensuring GMP, Quality and EHS compliance. Collaboration with Production, Operations, and Quality is essential for business continuity and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Strong planning and project management capabilities across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments is essential.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contractors and technical improvement initiatives.

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
