Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and maintenance across a high-volume food processing site. The role focuses on equipment reliability, site infrastructure, and compliance with food safety, H&S and quality standards.

You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programmes and collaborate with production and technical teams to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

A leading company within the food manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering and maintenance activities across a high-volume processing site.

This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, site infrastructure performance, and full compliance with food safety, Health & Safety, and operational standards. The successful candidate will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programmes while working closely with production and technical teams to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively
• Strong communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal
