Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner in Wexford to own the site’s planned maintenance function within an industrial setting. You will develop preventive and predictive plans, manage schedules, and ensure accurate asset records within the CMMS.

The role requires planning qualifications and hands-on experience with CMMS, along with strong organisational and analytical skills. A focus on safety, Excel proficiency, and continuous improvement is essential; a long-term career

Qualifications

• Relevant planning qualification.
• Experience in maintenance planning or coordination in manufacturing or industrial services.
• Experience with CMMS (Lemon Logic or similar).
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Good IT skills including Excel.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and engineering compliance.
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement or RCM would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Planning weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedules.
• Coordinating statutory inspections and planned servicing.
• Managing the site's CMMS, ensuring maintenance records and asset information are accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability and downtime.
• Coordinating contractors, engineering resources and specialist service providers.
• Supporting spare parts planning and asset lifecycle management.
• Supporting capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
