Job summary

St. Michael’s House in Dublin is seeking a Maintenance Groundsman on a full-time, specific-purpose 12-month contract. The role supports the Grounds Foreman in delivering grounds and gardening tasks across the organisation.

Requirements include 3 years in a similar role, Safe Pass, a clean driving licence and own vehicle. The salary scale runs from €35,433 to €41,696 per annum for a 39-hour week.

Qualifications

• 3 years working in a similar grounds maintenance role
• Relevant health and safety training for grounds maintenance works
• Valid Safe Pass card and driving licence with own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Support the Grounds Foreman in completing assigned grounds/gardening tasks across the organisation
• Undertake additional duties as requested by line management (Estates Managers)
