Crosscare Irish Diaspora Support Project is seeking a Maintenance General Operative to maintain and improve Crosscare buildings across Dublin. The role reports to the Building & Maintenance Team Leader and focuses on cost-efficient delivery of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and general works.

Building & Maintenance Team Leader
The role objective is to enable Crosscare to maintain and improve each of its buildings across Dublin in the most effective and cost-efficient way possible.
Some knowledge and understanding of the wide range of technical requirements involved in building maintenance and development: carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, plastering.
