  • Awareness of health and safety regulations relevant to maintenance work.
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs outside regular hours may be required.
  • Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, engineering, or a related trade would be advantageous.

  • Collaborate with external contractors when necessary and oversee their work to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment or furniture for events or operational needs.

Role Overview
