Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in hospitality or engineering environments.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, heating, and general building maintenance systems.
• Good practical skills with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations relevant to maintenance work.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs outside regular hours may be required.
• Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, engineering, or a related trade would be advantageous.

Role Overview
