Job summary

Koninklijke BAM Groep in Ireland is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join a major on-site project in Carlow. You will review design information, coordinate flow with the project team and manage submission and approval of M&E drawings and equipment.

The role requires 3+ years on-site, a relevant degree, and a strong M&E background. You will work within BAM's safety framework, collaborate with subcontractors, and support cost control and progress reporting on a large

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience with a large-scale project.
• Relevant engineering degree or higher required.
• Background in M&E and experience in residential/commercial development.
• Strong H&S awareness and safety compliance is essential.
• Time-management and ability to meet challenging goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentations.
• Experience delivering BIM, Word and Excel based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E design information and perform design gap analysis with the project team.
• Monitor and coordinate M&E information flow to ensure timely construction releases.
• Manage submission and approval processes for M&E equipment and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and contract requirements including BCAR uploads.
• Assist with budget alignment and cost control for M&E deliverables.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain accurate minute-taking of meetings.
