Job summary

Koninklijke BAM Groep is seeking a Senior Engineer for a Meath-based project. The role focuses on preparing programmes and budgets, managing cost and schedule, and ensuring effective site and document control.

You will lead teams and coordinate with commercial and PQS functions to meet project targets. The candidate will bring a degree or equivalent in construction/engineering, with a proven track record in civils and logistics operations, strong leadership, and excellent communications.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Construction/Engineering/Logistics.
• Proven track record in delivering construction/civils/logistics operations.
• Excellent management and communication abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare programme and working budget with your manager; synchronise budgets and plan critical path.
• Identify and analyse problem areas and develop strategies and alternatives.
• Manage documentation and ensure timely preparation of contractual, technical and administrative outputs.
• Monitor costs, budget vs. labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors weekly; provide feedback to Tendering dept.
