Job summary

BAM is seeking an M&E Coordinator for a building project in Dublin. The role requires on-site experience with a large-scale construction/engineering organisation and a background in M&E.

The candidate will work on Residential, Commercial and mixed-use developments, ensuring safety, quality and timely information flow. The successful candidate will manage M&E design information, coordinate with the project team, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years on-site with a large-scale construction/engineering organisation.
• Background in M&E.
• Experience delivering Residential, Commercial and/or mixed-use development.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E design information and perform a full design gap analysis with the project team.
• Monitor and co-ordinate M&E design information to ensure timely release for construction activities.
• Manage submission and approval process of all M&E equipment and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, client and company requirements for BCAR uploads.
• Ensure M&E designs and details are within budget and comply with contract deliverables.
• Supervise specialist mechanical and electrical sub-contractors’ work under the Safety Management System.
• Ensure suppliers meet quality and statutory requirements in a timely manner.
• Take and maintain accurate minutes of subcontractor meetings.
• Assist project QS with review and preparation of subcontractor monthly and final accounts.
