Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking an energetic supervisor for a TOMMY HILFIGER store in Ireland. You will lead store operations, drive sales and coach a team to deliver an exceptional customer journey in line with premium brand standards.

This role requires proven supervisory experience in a luxury environment, strong people skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change while upholding in-store standards across floors and back offices.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience in managing staff and resolving conflicts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operation to achieve high levels of service and sales.
• Assist in managing personnel, merchandising, processes and store results.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate promotions and goals clearly.
• Drive shop floor sales and coach the team to exceed targets while delivering exemplary service.
• Maintain consistent, fair treatment of customers and colleagues and train staff on product knowledge and store standards.
• Support talent development and succession planning for key positions.
