Job summary

Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the accommodation and laundry teams, ensuring spotless standards and proactive guest service. You will coordinate schedules, training, and daily maintenance, while upholding safety regulations and policy compliance.

Based at Farnham Estate, the role offers opportunities for progression within Windward Management and a chance to contribute to a renowned spa and golf destination on a 1,300-acre estate.

Qualifications

• Ideally previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to deliver very high standards through their team.
• Willingness to progress their career.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and monitor workload of accommodation assistants to provide quality service.
• Ensure team reports on time and is in proper uniform.
• Organise training for new recruits.
• Liaise with maintenance daily and ensure maintenance is carried out.
• Assist Accommodation Manager in scheduling cleaning programmes.
• Maintain stock of guest and housekeeping supplies and requisition replenishment.
• Maintain standard linen stock at all times.
• Coordinate lost property and review regularly.
• Inspect premises daily to uphold housekeeping standards.
• Attend departmental Managers meetings in the absence of the Accommodation Manager.
• Familiarise staff with Health, Safety and Fire Regulations and emergency procedures.
