Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is a luxury property overlooking Grand Canal Square in Dublin. We seek a Night Porter to uphold service standards overnight and support guest needs in a busy 5-star setting.

You will manage late check-ins/outs, cash handling, and charge processing while coordinating with other departments. SAP reservations and room allocations are part of the role, with a 10.45pm–7.15am shift, five nights weekly in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Ability to work overnights and weekend shifts.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all duties in line with hotel standards and ensure night porter checklist is completed.
• Assist in fire procedures and evacuation as directed by management.
• Handle late check-ins/outs and room service requests during the night.
• Arrange onward transportation and assist guests with luggage.
• Liaise with other departments to fulfil guest requests and maintain service quality.
• Perform cashiering duties and process guest charges.
• Create guest reservations in SAP and reconcile charges.
