Job summary

Anantara the Marker Dublin is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Ireland. The role involves ensuring accurate nightly cash handling, guest check-ins/outs, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with hotel operations, SAP or similar systems, and able to work from 10:45pm to 7:15am five nights weekly. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work night shifts and provide accurate cashiering.
• Comfort with SAP or hotel management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in line with departmental standards and complete night porter checklist by shift end.
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire procedures and assist in evacuations as directed.
• Be aware of menu and property updates; take night requests and room service orders.
• Organise onward transportation for guests and manage luggage movements.
• Liaise with departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
• Perform check-in and check-out per LQA and Anantara brand standards.
• Carry out cashiering duties and process guest charges per policies.
• Process credit card transactions and reconcile credit card reports.
• Assign room allocations and balance room types; create guest reservations in SAP.
• Reconcile and post charges; carry out any other tasks as requested.
