Job summary

The Doyle Collection is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized FF&E Coordinator to join our Design team in Ireland. You will support successful delivery of interior design projects across our luxury hospitality brands, working with two Interior Designers.

You will help with furniture, fixtures and equipment selection, sourcing, procurement and installation, while maintaining FF&E specifications and project records.

Qualifications

• Recent Interior Design graduate seeking to start a career in luxury hospitality design.
• Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment in line with project concepts and design briefs.
• Research suppliers, obtain quotations and assist with procurement activities.
• Help manage project budgets and identify cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain product information, samples and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate FF&E specifications, purchase orders and project records.
• Assist with tracking deliveries and coordinating installations.
• Support quality checks to ensure products meet agreed specifications and standards.
• Work closely with designers, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
