John Paul Construction is seeking a Design Coordinator to join its Dublin-based team on exciting commercial, residential, and data centre projects. You will have a design background and proven experience managing design projects, coordinating architectural and engineering information with the site team.

The role requires coordinating utilities and services with M&E engineers and utility providers, preparing information schedules, and monitoring progress in line with the contract programme.

Qualifications

• Design coordination with site team and coordination of architectural/engineering information.
• Coordination of utilities/services between M&E engineers and utility providers.
• Prepare and maintain Information Schedule and monitor progress.
• Manage technical submittal process and tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site team for setting out and information flow.
• Coordinate and manage submittals for construction elements and tracking.
• Maintain procurement tracking schedules per contract programme.
• Address and record queries promptly during contract execution.
• Ensure effective communication with architect/engineer and Project Manager.
