Job summary

Harvey's Point Hotel in Donegal is seeking a personable Bartender to join our busy bar team. Full-time and part-time hours available.

You will deliver consistent standards, meet and greet guests, handle requests promptly, upsell, and maintain cleanliness. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential. Experience is desirable but not essential; must be over 18 and flexible across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18.
• Experience in bar service is desirable but not essential.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent standards of excellence in the bar.
• Meet, greet and serve our guests to Harvey’s Point standard.
• Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times.
• Deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner.
• Upsell products and services of Harvey’s Point.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas, inside and outside.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace.
