Job summary

The Heritage in Laois is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. You will work full-time hours across early, late, weekends and bank holidays, delivering exceptional hospitality and knowledgeable beverage service.

You will handle orders, manage till operations, promote products, and maintain a clean, efficient station while upholding The Heritage standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in hospitality setting.
• Must be available to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Full-time hours year round.

Responsibilities

• Operate the till system effectively and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy station at all times.
• Carry out mise en place for service and stock stations accordingly.
• Take orders to The Heritage standard and promote products.
• Promote a helpful, professional image and assist guests as needed.
• Have extensive knowledge of all beverages offered (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Handle guest complaints discretely and notify the manager on duty.
• Support colleagues and be flexible across hotel operations.
