Job summary

An Chúirt Hotel in Gweedore, Co. Donegal, is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional service, master beverage preparation, and help maintain top bar standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation is advantageous but not essential.
