Brown Thomas Arnotts in Ireland is seeking a Le Creuset Sales Consultant for our World of Home Department in Arnotts on a 30 hour fixed term basis. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience reflecting our luxury brand identity and build lasting client relationships.

You will drive sales, provide expert product knowledge, process transactions and loyalty sign-ups, and work with stockrooms and online teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with product knowledge.
• Ability to style and advise with confidence and professionalism.
• Organised and detail-oriented in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations to drive sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
• Provide expert product knowledge across multiple categories and stay informed on brand launches.
• Accurately process transactions, loyalty sign-ups, and returns.
• Collaborate with stockroom, online, and concessions to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Promote adoption of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp clienteling, stock locators).
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy.
