Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a Sales Consultant for Nudie Jeans in the Menswear Department on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly) and focuses on delivering a personalised luxury customer experience, building long-term client relationships and driving sales with product expertise.

You will work with stockroom, online, and concessions to ensure seamless operations, while embracing CRM, POS systems, and WhatsApp clienteling to enhance the customer journey.

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strong product knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Provide expert styling and product advice with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Demonstrates empathy and professionalism when handling customer concerns.
• Confident using POS, CRM, WhatsApp clienteling, and stock systems.
