Brown Thomas Arnotts in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager for our Arnotts concession. You will report to the Business Manager and support day‑to‑day operations on the counter, blending artistry with product knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a counter team, drive goals, monitor performance, and ensure training, stock, and visual standards are maintained. A dynamic, customer‑first approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury environment

• Experience in managing a retail team in luxury beauty.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to your counter.
• Assist in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress.
• Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets.
• Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues per company policy.
• Ensure teams are trained to process sales through Shopify and tills with care.
• Retain up-to-date product knowledge and share with your team to deliver an industry-leading experience.
• Ensure all team members are inspired through training, coaching and follow up.
• Assist in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards.
• Assist in preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as assigned.
• Arrive on time and consistently; follow safety procedures; identify loss prevention issues.
