You will handle check-ins/outs, address guest inquiries with professionalism, and tailor services to individual guest preferences in a prestigious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Opera Property Management Systems (PMS) for reservations, guest services and check-in/check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanour.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures and accurate guest information.
• Manage and oversee guest reservations and adapt to special requests.
• Provide personalized services such as restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and activity recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist VIP guests with special amenities and requests as required.
• Support concierge with local information and transport arrangements.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reports with confidentiality and compliance.
