Job summary

Ashford Castle, Ireland’s only double Forbes Five-Star hotel, is seeking a Guest Experiences Administrator to deliver exceptional guest service and coordinate closely with Reception, Concierge and Reservations. You will pre-arrange bespoke plans, inform guests about services, and ensure Opera reflects guest itineraries.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and standards-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Email guests prior to arrival to prepare a bespoke plan for their stay.
• Communicate hotel information to guests on all services and offerings.
• Update Opera to reflect guest’s plans.
• Keep up to date with hotel dining, Spa and related services.
• Communicate with third party activity suppliers for up-to-date information.
• Work closely with Reception, Concierge and Reservations.
