Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team across our luxury hotels. You will oversee service quality, training, scheduling, and performance management while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include quality control, inventory management, cost control, menu development with chefs, and promotional activities to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Food & Beverage Service.
• Hospitality/ Travel / Tourism qualification completed.
• Ability to communicate with employees and customers, set priorities, organize work and make decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer care and complaint handling skills.
• Excellent presentation and appearance.
• Sales-related skills.
• IT ability (MICROS).

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Quality Control: Ensure F&B operations meet quality standards, from preparation to presentation, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and place orders to maintain levels while controlling costs.
• Customer Service: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, address concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and analyzing financial reports to maximise profitability.
• Menu Development and Promotion: Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and promotions to attract guests and increase revenue.
