Excel Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager with a luxury retail brand in Dublin City Centre. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning the digital presence end‑to‑end across brand strategy, paid and organic channels, and e‑commerce revenue.

Based in the Dublin City office, you will drive online and in‑store growth, lead campaigns, optimise the website, and collaborate with agencies and tech partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital and e‑commerce marketing.
• Proven track record of growing revenue online and in-store.
• Strong proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms, and CRM tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools in marketing context: content, targeting, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing and e‑commerce strategy that supports brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Lead all digital channels, ensuring a premium brand presence across paid media, social, email, search, and website content.
• Drive qualified traffic and engagement to increase online sales and in-store visits.
• Manage and optimise the company website for customer experience, content quality, merchandising, and conversion.
• Identify opportunities to grow e‑commerce while connecting online and in-store journeys.
• Utilise data, analytics, and market insights to improve campaigns and ROI.
• Develop CRM and email initiatives that support retention and loyalty.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations across channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to align with objectives and brand standards.
• Champion innovation by exploring AI technologies to improve efficiency and targeting.
• Stay informed on luxury retail trends and bring new ideas to the business.
