The successful candidate will have valeting experience with premium brands, hold a full driving licence, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Wash and valet cars to the highest dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles with sales staff prior to handover.
• Ensure the used car display area meets auditable standards by a third party.
• Report damages to the relevant manager for action.
• Liaise with Vehicle Progressors while reporting to Brand Managers.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe according to health and safety guidelines.

MSL Motor Group require a Mercedes-Benz Valetor/Detailer for our new, state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz North Dublin Dealership. This development of Mercedes-Benz North Dublin is a new, purpose-built dealership representing a significant milestone for both the Group and the Mercedes-Benz brand in Ireland. This state-of-the-art facility will bring together our existing Mercedes-Benz North Dublin sales operation on the Navan Road with our MSL Service Centre Mercedes-Benz, dedicated element of our service operation at North Circular Road, consolidating both into one modern, purpose-built hub at North City Business Park.

The implementation of MAR20X represents a significant advancement in enhancing the customer journey bringing together the hallmark elements of luxury, trust, ease, and respect. Our reputation is built on consistently exceeding the highest standards set by the Mercedes-Benz brand. At the heart of our achievements is our dedicated, skilled, and motivated team whose commitment drives our success.

Key duties & Responsibilities;

• Wash & Valet cars ensuring the highest dealership standards are adhered to.
• Be responsible for the condition of all new and used cars delivered to our customers, inspecting vehicles with sales personal prior to customer handover.
• Ensure that the condition of our used car display area is up to an auditable standard by a third party.
• Ensure any damages are notified to the relevant manager for appropriate actions to be taken.
• Liaise with Vehicle Progressors whilst reporting to the Brand Managers.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally

• Have previous valeting experience with a premium franchise.
• Hold a full, clean and current driving licence.
• Be trustworthy, reliable and conscientious.
• Have the ability to work under time pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
• Exhibit good communication skills.
• Work well as part of a busy team.
• Be flexible in their approach to work.
