Park Hotel Kenmare is seeking a Bar Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations in our ultra-luxury setting. You will curate beverage service, train staff, and elevate guest experiences in line with Park Hotel Kenmare’s five-star standards.

We value exceptional product knowledge, leadership, and a passion for Irish hospitality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverages.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in bar settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and guest beverage service to luxury standards.
• Develop and train bar team; manage rostering and performance.
• Maintain stock, costs, and profitability; ensure compliance with licensing and safety.
