Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within a Michelin-starred restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-end fine dining establishment.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel and fine dining Food & Beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills, with a professional standard of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and attend to them professionally.
• Represent Carton House's passion for exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Be familiar with the menu, specials, beverages, and wine list to assist guests with recommendations.
• Upsell promotions where appropriate and ensure service standards are met.
• Handle cash procedures in line with company policy.
