Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion.
• Represent Carton House’s passion for customer service.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu, specials, and ingredients.
• Ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently.
• Carry out cash handling procedures according to Company policy.
