Job summary

Lidl Ireland seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to manage Goods In, Selections or Transport at our regional distribution centre in Mullingar. You will lead a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensure stock is received, stored and moved to stores efficiently, and run 5 days out of 7 shifts.

The role offers progression through our Leadership Academy, a competitive salary (52,500 rising to 67,000 after 3 years), pension, private medical insurance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT systems and KPI dashboards.
• Strong organisation, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives in Goods In, Selections or Transport.
• Ensure stock is received, stored and transported to high standards.
• Develop team performance indicators and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and annual leave planning.
