Responsibilities

• Assist road freight operations with bookings and haulier instructions.
• Manage bookings in the FMS system and liaise with sales and operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight for the Swords warehouse.
• Prepare shipments, verify documentation, and maintain records.
• Support drivers and couriers with smooth handovers and PODs.
