Job summary

POWERGROUP Resources seeks a Logistics Associate to ensure accurate and timely flow of customer orders from receipt to fulfillment and invoicing. You will enter orders in Fishbowl, maintain order details, and coordinate with production, shipping, and administration to keep information current.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of PO and order management experience, proficiency in ERP and MS Office, and comfort with shipping and export documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling purchase orders and customer orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter customer orders into Fishbowl promptly and accurately.
• Maintain current order details including products, quantities, dates, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate order requirements with production and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation and confirm shipped quantities.
• Process completed orders and prepare invoices after shipment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between orders, shipments, and invoices.
