Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join our transport team in Shannon. The role offers 11:30am–7:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start on an ongoing temporary basis.

You will input high volumes of transport data, maintain records, and support the operations team with basic admin tasks. Accuracy and reliability are essential, and own transport is advantageous due to limited public transport at these hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Experience in transport/logistics is a plus.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Input high volumes of transport data, manifests and delivery notes into the system.
• Update shipping information before the end of the business day.
• Maintain digital records and filing documentation.
• Assist the operations team with basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Verify data for errors or inconsistencies to ensure smooth logistics flow.
